An executive, "CR" thinks he's one of the most important aspects to this company when he's really not, he has said bad things about customers behind the scenes and hides who he truly is. Cssbuy cant get their priorities straight and is the most problematic agent and wont listen to their customers, they literally delete the feedback channel and never implented any ideas. CR has innovated nothing for CSS but lose money every month. For example his line that made css lost 16k.
