The product is fantastic but a series of problems makes me want to stop buying it.
The product is fantastic, as was the response time to my support request. But a series of issues with a product, and not having a better warranty (1 replacement, even though the replacement stopped working less than half a year later) makes me rate this experience as poor. Will continue to use the product, but hopefully not for much greater cost.
