Shipping is too $$$ and shoes should fit true to size
I am not excited to read that shoes are not true to size and not knowing if a marching band shoe will fit should necessitate the option to return a shoe that does not fit. Ordering an ill fitted shoe for something like marching band where they spend many hours practicing and performing isn't good! Your shipping rates are atrocious. $20 to ship a pair of $47 shoes these days is crazy.
