Don't expect a refund
I ordered a pair of ankle boots from them. I had noticed scuff marks on the soles when I opened the packaged. The shoes didn't fit because the ankle size was too big. I must've worn the shoes for a total of 5 seconds on carpet. I sent photos and requested a refund. They denied my refund because of the scuff on the soles. They send customers used shoes but then expect me to magically make them new if I'd like a return?! Looks like I'm not getting a refund! I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
