Physical & Financial Consolidation of multiple units
The staff at the Kaimuki Branch Hawaii Self Storage is Awesome! We have had two storage spaces there for about 10 years, however, we now wanted a single larger space to accommodate everything in one space plus a small office area. The staff worked closely with us to find the right space for our needs by informing us when one became available. Then they helped to make this happen in a Financially seamless process! They applied prorated amounts from the Rental Fees we had already paid for the smaller units, towards the new larger unit as we moved out of each of the smaller units. Their efforts to coordinate this move and their dedication to customer service is exemplary!
