zero service or response
They own or control Dewalt. Had a major problem which is a separate review. Called number just closed and call back, no hours, zero. Then they had the audacity to email if they could help and asked for a review. I emailed back and voiced by concerns. About as good as calling no responses, no resolving situation, nothing about complaints about lying reps. I guess the parent company raised the "kid" just like them.
