This booking company spends so much time trying to convince you that you can avail of all sorts of offers and claim discounts which are non existent in real terms when you actually try to book. They advertise prices and do not add taxes and charges until you arrive at the final step as they call it ... that is payment. There is also a discrepancy between the prices shown on the App and the prices in an online search ! I saved €30 by ignoring the App and my account and just booking online as a guest. Our Last Room ! Is also a hoax ... book now to avoid disappointment.Rubbish ! As for customer service ... well you need to experience the lack of it to appreciate how bad it is ! I'm finished with them !
