Product Returns
Logistics and product dispatch are fast! Customer service is relatively quick, too! However, processing product returns is very slow... In my case, it wasn't just a matter of days, but two weeks! That’s something that could be sped up in the future. 😊 (After placing the order, I realized the PS1 wouldn't be the best choice for my work and that the X2D was a much more advanced 3D Printer—with little difference in price—so I cancelled the PS1, I had to wait two weeks just for them to process the return...😊
