DON'T EVER BOOK WITH THEM!
As mentioned by numerous other people, All the customer care agents at Explore Trip keep stalling us for any refunds from them. I would strongly recommend not booking any flights with them. Over the call, they mentioned multiple times that they have escalated this matter within their company, but it's been more than 6 months and nothing has come of it. The Qatar Airlines have mentioned all this time that they have made the transfer to Explore trip, but nothing has come of it. I am certain they would respond to this review with a greivance, but people reading this review should refrain from booking with them. I would highly recommend booking directly with the airlines. Pay a little extra, but there is higher chance you will get your money back in case anything happens.
