Comments from ATK on Trustpilot are just PR, don't believe them.
Follow up to my previous review.
The comment from ATK saying to reach out and they would resolve is purely PR - They have no intent to make it right.
After back and forth they offered $15 store credit if I take down the review.
Which is a complete joke as they wasted $100 of mine, and not only did they not refund anything, they offer $15 of credit, implying it's only useful if I were to purchase again, which of course I never will.
Absolute scummy practice, beware!

Mouse unusable - Support intentionally wasted time until warranty expired

Ordered the ATK X1 Mouse.
Mouse cable stopped working after a month, no big deal i thought, I'll use a replacement.
No - The cable is propriatry, so normal USB C cables don't work.
Fine, no worries, I'll buy a replacement.
No - There are no replacements on their website.
Okay, I'll contact their support and ask for advise / replacement cable.
2 weeks to respond saying I can purchase a RGB headphone stand off their website... ? Which has nothing to do with my problem.
After 4 more weeks of back and forth with useless support who won't follow up unless you ask them for a respnonse, just trying to just get a replacement cable for my mouse which has not worked for over a month now, I eventually buy a new mouse.
Because they spent so long ignoring emails, I am beyond their warranty, so they refuse to do anything.
There's a reason their products are cheap knockoffs, they expect them to fail and for the support to be so bad you will give up - BEWARE.
