Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Order was split in two parts due to some items on back order. First part arrived with no problem in less than three weeks. Second part never arrived (now two months later). Wrote to store more than once and finally told it was shipped and given a tracking number but no shipping company. Finally called my credit card company to dispute charge. Will NEVER order from them again. If I could give no stars I would. The above poor review of Doreen’s Beads was written in November 2020, seven months ago and they are just now responding. No emails were ever received from them as they state were sent. I’ve moved on and left this horrible business behind me.
