Impeccable Customer Service
I have bought many products from WolfBox and they have been of very good quality. I did have a small issue with one item but I think that the extreme heat may well have had something to do with the problem. However, one short email with a couple of photos and the Customer Sevice Team were onto it very quickly. Within four days of my issue I had a replacement part in my hand courtesy of the delivery man. So all in all,WolfBox provide great products and WolfBox have an equally great customer service team. Special shout out to Mark.
