Excellent service
The battery pack I ordered is a bit exotic, and old. But the pack was available and ordering was fast and correct. Unfortunately the delivered pack was to old (lipo’s where 6 year old) so is my laptop :-) and the pack was not working. However the service is excellent! After good mailing up and down they immediately refunded my order.
