Everything about them is FAKE, do not trust
I wish trust pilot came up higher on Google when I looked at this site! It looked like a reputable company, the reviews on the site were positive, the pictures looked good, the description looked great. I was so excited for my baby doll to come. When it finally came, I was so upset. It looked nothing like it's picture, it had no mottling to the skin, no fine lines or veining, needed more shading and looked like a doll with lipstick on. The hair honestly was a joke, it was thick and bushy and in a square hairline with so many gaps, nothing like a newborn baby and nothing like I expected. I contacted the company, they said its not a quality issue, and offered me $30 off. I said it is not fit for purpose, I do not want to keep it, they then offered me $60 off. I said that I cannot use it, I want a refund. They said that I will have to fund the return myself, if they give me more money off will I keep it. I said no, I honestly can't do anything with it. I tried to leave a review on their website with photos, and they would not post it. They are a fraudulent company with fake reviews and fake pictures and fake product descriptions with no quality control. They said it was being sent from USA, but they said their returns address is in China.
