Samsung if I cud have give u a zero star rated wud have I cannasure u I ain't payed over £600 for crappy 65inch that only last all if two days and now u taken the tv and tell me the motherboard as gone then something else has gone do u even now what is wrong with the tv and u taken it and now want to bring it back here to me for two wks so it can be picked uo again then sent back to the logistics team cause resolutions haven't got a clue what they doing and u expect me to wait a month eoth out a tv BIG RED FLAG ON ON SAMSUNG What a waste of space this company is bear in mind where the tv as to be replaced it's only 30 mins down road from me amd they wont allow me to pick my new replacement up my self terrible service I will never ever go to Samsung again
