I rated them one star. They don't even deserve that. That's the only way I can proceed with the review. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. First of all I received the wrong transmission that I waited on for 3 months. They always promising they are going to call back. Very poor service. And now I been waiting on my refund for a month. I don't see how hard it is to just print a check and send it. Don't shop with these people. It's funny how they answer a review immediately but can't call you back about business.Its 2025 and they still lied
