TWO Vouchers - Paypal payment. kyc rejected
I placed an order for two vouchers. i was charged everything. then i was asked to verify. (there was no indication i had to do verification). i rushed back home to do the verification. i waited for hours and hours. I had an argument with chat agent about digital good delivery must be instant as advertised not after days . then they rejected my kyc document. then they decided to charge me . I found the whole thing advertised vs whats practices is a scam. i did even reached out to their managment team as per support provided email, no answers yet. stay away
