Order delayed and not dispatched – Poor support response
Edit: They canceled my order. Please be aware: They LIE on the European Stocks. I dont advise anyone to use this store I placed an order for a high-value item (KuKirin G2 Ultra Electric Scooter, ~600€) on September 21st, with an expected delivery date of September 26th. As of today, the status is still stuck on "Aguardando coleta logística" (Waiting for logistics collection) and the item has not been handed over to the carrier. Live chat support has been unable to provide any concrete updates, repeatedly stating that it is under review by the warehouse team. I am requesting immediate escalation to warehouse management to either dispatch the item with a valid tracking number within 24 hours
