Terrible pans - HexClad breach consumer rights act by refusing refund on 559£ purchase
Terrible pans, purchased a 13 piece set. Followed all instructions and pans stick like a cheap set. Sent a replacement and same issue. one of the service team said use a wire brush as they are metal safe, the next says do not. if food sticks soak and use baking powder etc, for the cost I should not be expected to fear cooking an egg on the pan and then wasting time soaking and scrubbing, genuineley terrible. They have now refused a refund and insisted I paid return postage. I am now in the process of going through a chargeback route. Clear Breach of consumer rights act
