The sheer luxury of Delilah towels
This is my second order from Delilah because I loved the first towels I bought so much. Pricey, maybe, but so luxurious and absorbent! I intend to replace all my towels with Delilah towels. The second set of towels, unfortunately, arrived with some loose threads. I contacted the company and they were extremely responsive and gracious about it, willing to replace the towels. It's so obviously a quality company, evident in their delightful and thoughtful packaging, the responsiveness of their customer service, and of course the beautiful look and feel of their product.
