I find it strange that you could reply to a review but not to the multiple emails I have left once I notified you that you gave me a FAKE and VACANT address to return the items to. I have already filed a ticket, and made a claim. That's been done, returned the items and they were sent back to me because of the Fake address you sent me. If you were up to date on this situation, you wouldnt be sending out that automated reply, like you truly care about resolving this issue and refunding my money like you said that you would. Please stop giving me the run around and issue me a refund. I will next be filing a complaint with the BBB, right along with the other 68 or more already filed against your company for similar issues and poor customer service, i found out upon investigation after you robbed me of my funds. Please issue my refund.

This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I placed an order for over $100 with them. The clothes I received were not as expected not to mention I normally wear a small size and would I would have to size up to at least a size large for it to fit comfortably. I contacted their customer support to inquire about returning the items. They offered me a refund of $9 and 15% off my next purchase. Clearly that was an insult to me, considering the quality and fit of clothes I'd probably not order again. I declined and asked them where I could return the clothes to. They provided me with an address in CA in which it cost $30 bucks to return the items. The packaged was returned back to me, due to the address they provided me with being VACANT. This company provided me with a fake address to return the clothes to. What type of customer service is that? What type of company does that? We had been in correspondence the whole time up until I shipped and provided them with the tracking number for the package. Now I have been unable to reach them for days now. They have completely stopped responding to my emails. This company is trash and I highly do not reccomend. I wonder how many other people they have done this to. I am out of $130 plus dollars from the company. I will never purchase another item for this company. This was very unprofessional, not business like. I am completely unsatisfied. I would never treat my customers this way. Lovelywholesale is a trash business.
