To all who intend to buy from this…do not under any circumstances until you have done your research buy this machine
To all who intend to buy from this company.do not. I purchased a Ender 6. 9 weeks ago, spent all day on a Saturday putting together. Then the problems started.turned on the machine pressed bed leveling and nothing happens. Bed doesn't move. A week of emails last count 50 plus to Creatily still not working. Then they asked me to take it all apart and fit a new motherboard which they sent me. And guess what still not working. So the short of the story. I have a brand new machine sitting on my desktop that does not work. Creatily, there words not mine. Well we can offer you compensation of 20 dollars or a roll of filliment, thanks creatily that's really helpful, and what do I use it with? The machine you sold me that doesn't work, joke. Little did I realise that this is a problem with a lot of people that have bought the same machine. So creatily why do you still take£400 of people's money knowing the problems with the Ender 6? I'm a 65 year old pensioer who is know out of pocket and with a machine that doesn't work. Never ever again will I buy from creatily never. And I strongly advise that whoever reads this will take time to read all the reviews on the internet before buying. I wish I had..it's to late for me I'm not getting anywhere with Creatily at all I'm a carpenter joiner multi trade not a 3D printer engineer so why do creatily ask me to do all this work? So I'm not going to get a refund or a replacement machine. So thanks for nothing creatily Regards an out of pocket pensioner Hope you sleep well.
