Rückgabeprozess absolut unbefriedigend! Auf der Website wird geschrieben: "The products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if problems occur (e.g. problems with product quality / unsatisfactory products / wrong item / size problem / colour problem etc.)“ - Wozu (?!) benötigen die Bilder, wenn die Ware einfach ein "unsatisfactory product" ist?? Ich bin gespannt wie das ausgeht....
