Thank you for asking my feedback. Overall the service I received was very good. I would have given a five star rating if were not for the fact the local DHL delivery was delayed by more than a week due to incomplete address details. I don't know at what point along the route some of the address details were lost but the parcel was delivered only when I phoned the local DHL depot to enquire about the delay in the delivery. I happily accept your offer of the USD3.00 discount. Thank you again.
