Bad experience
The staff here seem to be very unprofessional, they use abbreviations, et cetera. It’s fine using text speech in a casual situation but it just came off as if they didn’t really care about me as a customer. The live chat was unhelpful the first time round, telling me it was “hard to deliver”, when I asked for clarification they ignored me. Second round was a bit better, though I was told to contact them again in 8 hours. I emailed them instead as the live chat seemed to be pointless and was told they had no stock in their server and offered me a refund. I got my refund which is great but it would be better if they had a system where you can only order if they have the item(s) to offer in stock. Overall, a waste of my time, I have since gone elsewhere and got what I wanted within 30 minutes.
