Do not buy anything online that uses AnserX as currier
I bought a headboard from Zara. I was given a tracking no and order no from Zara. I bought on 5/09/25 and followed tracking on Track 718.com. The courier was named as AnserX. I was informed it was delivered on October 1st. It was NOT delivered. I have tried everything, from emails, not answered to phone numbers not answered. This includes Zara. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. 4 emails not answered and phone numbers cutting off. So AnserX, Track 718 and for me Zara are a no no. It is showing that I have given 1 star above. I have given no stars but it will not allow me remove that star. So NO stars from me……
