This review is about the customer service and the way the company handles their own mistakes. I ordered a flower girl dress and sandals. The quality of both are great and both items are beautiful and well made. I had two issues with my order, one there’s a stain like spot on a small are on the appliqué, two one of the sandals was packaged incorrectly which cause it to bend and wrinkle on the back. Either issue is incredibly bad I contacted them the suggested I clean the spot with soapy water it helped, it is not noticeable unless you are inspecting the dress. The dress fits perfectly and it’s beautiful I don’t want to risk sending it back and getting one with a fitting issue! They gave me 4 options to solve the sandal damage that was cause by wrong packaging. I wanted to get them replaced instead of having a partial refund but they want me to cover shipping cost to send the damage ones and place a new order and cover shipping cost! I will end up paying more in shipping then the actual price for the sandals. I think they have plenty of room to get their customer service and handling of their own mistakes to where people feel more comfortable and confident about purchasing on their site. *Update* JJ’s reached out to me and offered to replace both the dress and sandals. I really didn’t needed the dress replaced since cleaning the spot with soapy water took the stain out. Something happened with the shipping of the replacement for the sandals that they just refunded the full price for the sandals. I want to add that the dress was custom size and it fits perfectly to the measurements. I ordered mother of the bride dress after this purchased and again the quality of fabric and craftsmanship is excellent. Maybe, if you have issues with your order ask to communicate with a higher department if the result it is not satisfactory. I will, definitely purchase for special occasions here again and recommend it.
