I wish there was a -100
I wish that I could give this a negative number! They sold me a Lowe’s gift card that was supposed to have $500 on it so I could replace my busted hot water heater! It had absolutely nothing on it. I’ve called multiple times. Customer service is a freakin joke. They tried to blame it on Lowes(100% not Lowes fault) Better be VERY careful if you buy anything. I refuse to to give up! I will NOT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
