Do not buy any Ninkear product The Ninkear Mini PC completely died after barely one month of normal use. The hardware is completely unreliable. However, what is even worse than the defective product is the customer service from both Ninkear and Banggood. When the PC failed, their support was absolutely useless. They stalled for weeks, offered zero real solutions, and kept sending automated, copy-paste replies to avoid taking responsibility. I only got my money back because I opened a dispute and PayPal forced them to issue a full refund. Save your time, your money, and your sanity – avoid this brand entirely!
