Thankful for the new staff.
I'm rating the company 4 because, for the last few months of 2019 up to the middle of 2010, the staff assigned to me was a bit impatient in showing me how their site works. There were lots of delays on my shipments, as well. Thankfully, I got Sunny lately and she's the most helpful, most patient, and most polite staff. If this continues, I will consider giving 5. - Rox
