Received no order information and bad customer service
I ordered my items on 11 November and it took them a very long time to process it and I still have not received any information on my order update. I explicitly told customer service that I needed my items by Black Friday or anytime around that and I have not received any response from them. It has been four days since I have been trying to Contact them and I have yet to receive any response or confirmation. The customer service is very bad and I’m having a lot of trouble trying to get any information on my order.
