This is a great company
This is a great company. I have been using their Any Video Converter Ultimate for over 10 years. I've also recently been using their new Any Video Converter. (Yes, it sounds odd, but "Ultimate" is actually the older tool, and it is still very very useful. On top of the tools, however, their customer service is outstanding! Even if you are using the free version, if you send a message about a problem, you will generally get a response (a response that usually solves your problem) within 24 hours! Further, they are always polite, and genuinely seem eager to help. As I said above, I've been using their tools and help for over 10 years, and I have never been disappointed. BTW, I have degrees in Electrical Engineering & Math, and I did graduate work in Computer Science. I worked in tech for almost 40 years, and this is one of the best companies I have ever run into.
