Horrible company.
This company is very sketchy. I ordered some custom Ohio State crocs from them in early July and it is now a day away from Thanksgiving and I have yet to receive my package. The only way to contact them is through facebook messenger and even then, they barely respond to you. They told me my package could have gotten lost in the mail and that if i sent my bank info, routing number, etc and they could issue a refund. For starters, that raises a red flag for me because if I already put my card info in to buy the product, I shouldn’t have to give them all that info. It feels like they’re trying to scam me. Secondly, I wouldn’t have even known that my order had gotten lost in the mail if it wasn’t for me asking. Also, when they give you an order number, they never give you a tracking number and if you did receive one, there is nowhere on the website for you to type the info in to track your package.
