Horrible Horrible Horrible.... Worst customer service / Store I have ever seen. When my ordered status didn't change after a week when it stated when I was purchasing" orders ships next business day". Called 6 times(w/voicemail) and 4 emails with no response. 16 days after purchase I get email your order has shipped but still no reply to my emails to customer service. Of course I ordered from another company 2 weeks after I placed this order and I have already received order and nothing from North Shore!!!
