I booked my Whoosh tickets to Bandung
I booked my Whoosh tickets to Bandung, I was just reaching out to reschedule and sure enough I was denied the 25% reduced refund and the KCIC agents will not take responsibility and Tiket.com says it’s KCIC that should be issuing the refund. I followed all the steps and even came to the refund counter in Halim and Bandung and was denied. Very poor customer service and I will never buy anything from Tikets.com and I hope no one else will either. Kind regards A Kay
