Ordered a tripod a number of weeks ago
Ordered a tripod a number of weeks ago, sent to my address but didn't include my apartment number. It has now been returned to sender in China which will take even more weeks. I've sent a number of emails to amend the address. No reply. No phone number to contact them with.
