Stitching pony ash
After fantastic talks with the people at maxita I purchased their Maxita stitching pony in ash colour. The delivery was very quick with regular updates. Packaging was excellent & gave excellent protection. The quality of the product was excellent and was more than I expected. Little things like bearings between washers too give a smooth feeling to tightening of fittings rather than harsh gripping. The wood feels quality and the finish is excellent. All of the iron work is finished in a matte black quality finish. All the fittings are finished very smooth and precise with very precise adjustments available. The clamping system to the table is excellent & offers plenty of grip. The multi adjustment mechanism offers excellent flexibility of where your work area might be for you. Myself I adapted the stitching pony with a 3D printed part that I attached to the swivel joint which then enabled it to fit to the underside of my wheelchair, allowing me to move with it anywhere in my work area. An altogether fantastic piece of equipment, Fantastic customer support and service. Highly recommended.
