Very disappointed with its service
Very disappointed with its service. Item departed from Dataran city link facility but there's no update anymore for the next 6 days. Their explanation was due to many flights being cancelled to EM, so there were long queue of parcels in the Malaysia Airlines Cargo. Yet, my parcels from Johor, Selangor have arrived and reached my doorstep within 5 days (using J&T express), and even from China parcel has arrived in Sabah (items were ordered around the same period +/- 1 day). Citylink, im disappointed, please improve your services, if you can't cope with the volume of your customers' parcels, do something else. And please look at your competitors, you are far behind in this case.
