Be Careful!
Purchased a few things successfully on here. Using usual methods of filtering for best selling listings and looking at seller feedback and reviews I have been using DHGate well. My last purchase has gone completely wrong, over $170 dollars worth of faulty earphones. There seems to be a lot of fake transaction and review history manufactured by the sellers on this site, allowing them to fabricate listing transactions especially, this is where you get stung. The seller of my last purchase is completely ignoring my dispute and although early into the process (before I’ve asked DHgate to mediate due to them allowing the seller 5 days to respond) most of the reviews here say you don’t get very far and people have had extremely bad experiences to the point they have paid to send the items back and provided the evidence needed to get a refund then told it wasn’t possible. I don’t think you can get away from the scammers that plague this site and there are genuine sellers on it.. do the best you can and accept when it does go wrong it appears you have little recourse. I hope I get the help I need in the end.
