From the initial call either the receptionist or the call center person I was in moments connected to a throughly knowledgeable gentleman Mr Nicholas Scianna to whom I explained what I needed for my Cooperation Building Complex and advised like I was speaking with an old good man friend that was not going to steer me wrong. I received my order for the exact equipment I needed with $-0- postage or handling fee and received the package two days sooner than expected. I assist our Super in the purchase of parts and equipment for the u usual things that he needs. Always a pleasure working with people who care, who listen, and then stand by what they promise. This company and Mr Scianna immediately was added to my outlook contacts database. Thank you Mr Scianna and your excellent support team.
