HIK vision cameras are OK - Software is AWFUL. Customer service very unfriendly
HIK vision cameras are OK - apart from when you try to zoom in. Very grainy and unclear close up photos from zooming in. Software is VERY limited and usefulness of the system is very low. Has NO fast forwarding option. Helpdesk VERY unfriendly and snotty.
