I ordered an Upgrade for my laser engraver, shipping was very fast (the next day) and communication was always available. Excellent store, but I already knew that, having bought something else

The first time they were wrong but then they were perfect
Edit: after the bad Christmas experience (basically I chose them because they promised fast delivery from European warehouse, because I had planned to give away the goods purchased for January 6, 2021 .. but although I had also foreseen a grace period, after weeks from the request , the goods had not yet been sent to me but in the meantime they had put back on sale the item that they said to me out of stock, which made me very irritated and at the same time forced me to buy another gift, since the purchase made by them it was far from coming ---- After some waste of time and discussion I got my refund and I was left with only anger. ------ Now, after a couple of months, I TRY AGAIN, hoping that not being plus the Christmas period, there would have been no other hitches and so it was, because in 6 days I received a well packed package (from warehouse in Germany) with the goods working correctly .----- As right, I corrected there my review but with only 4 stars because maybe in NAtale I was just unlucky but the crime was there, partially rebalanced now. ----------------------------------------------------- Edit: dopo la pessima esperienza natalizia (in sostanza li scelsi perché promettevano consegna veloce da deposito Europeo, perché avevo programmato di regalare la merce acquistata per il 6 gennaio 2021 .. ma nonostante io avessi previsto anche un periodo di tolleranza, dopo settimane dalla richiesta, la merce non mi era ancora stata spedita ma nel frattempo avevano rimesso in vendita l'articolo che a me dicevano esaurito, cosa che mi fece irritare non poco e contemporaneamente mi costrinse a comprare un altro regalo, dato che l'acquisto fatto da loro era ben lontano dall'arrivare ---- Dopo qualche perdita di tempo e discussione ottenni il rimborso e mi rimase solo l'arrabbiatura. ------ Ora, dopo un paio di mesi, CI HO RITENTATO, sperando che non essendo più il periodo natalizio, non ci sarebbero stati altri intoppi e così è stato, perché in 6 giorni ho ricevuto un pacco bene imballato (da deposito in Germania) con la merce correttamente funzionante. ------- Come giusto, ho corretto la mia recensione ma con solo 4 stelle perché magari a NAtale sono stato solo sfortunato ma il fattaccio c'è stato, riequilibrato in parte ora.
