I ordered 3 bundles of white label hair from KBL Hair. What I received was not what was advertised online. The wefts were very small and thin, to the point where three bundles were not enough for a full install. I had to use two additional bundles just to complete a full head of hair, which was not expected based on how the product is marketed. Once installed, the hair caused severe scalp irritation. My scalp was burning and itching badly. My stylist had to wash the hair with apple cider vinegar, and a white film residue filled the sink during the wash. After this treatment, the itching improved, but that should not be necessary for “white label” hair. Thankfully, I had older bundles from another brand to finish the install. If I didn’t, the style would have been incomplete. Overall, the quality, quantity, and condition of the hair did not match the description, and the irritation was unacceptable. I would not repurchase.
