Customer service offered by a real human being. It was easy for me to order by phone and did not have a long wait to take a nap. I've only placed orders twice, first online and the second by phone for re-order. The checks were accurate and exactly what I ordered and were received in a reasonable amount of time. I was also happy that it was not necessary for me to redo the personalization which has been the case with other companies. Finally, I found a check in their collection that perfectly expresses my beliefs.
