Be careful and avoid if you can. We ordered a floor lamp last month which was delivered late and missing its base. I've called and emailed the international customer service repeatedly over the last two weeks, no one bothered to get back to us and when I chased them again today for an update they said they couldn't send the missing part or do anything to help and that we had to return the lamp for a refund. Extremely disappointing experience for a first order with AMPM/La Redoute.
