Bought tickets from Mexico City to Acapulco on Explore Trip. Airline cancel the flight, I asked for refund. Explore Trip offered to rebook the flights, no refund and they did not provide me with a statement of the fees I paid for. So I’m flying from Mexico City to Puerto Vallarta and now the airline does not fly to Puerto Vallarta anymore. Explore Trip is asking to rebook flights again. Are you serious? I’m not flying interjet and I’m not using Explore Trip again. They are not proactive in talking to the airline for a refund.
