No Customer Support
I have been waiting over an hour for a customerservice representative to assist me with a problem with an email account set up for me by the employer The AI just keeps creating new threads and stating that the wait is 2 minutes. Instructions to set up the email account with MSauthenticator app was awful. This is probably the worst HR platform I've dealt with. How did Deel get so big when it is so subpar?
