Never had such a bad experience with a company. My parcel was misdelivered by Amazon Logistics and neither company has been able to provide proof of where it has actually gone. I’ve been pressing CRZ Yoga for a refund and so far got nowhere. The company seem to have no knowledge of UK consumer legislation. Update: I raised a dispute with PayPal and won, thankfully. I am now looking at reporting CRZ Yoga to Trading Standards.
