Great service from pleasant, efficient people
There were two issues that I needed to be sorted out across the technical and billing teams. The teams did that quickly and efficiently. From end to end, I started the technical question at 16:37 UTC yesterday and everything was complete by 9:33 UTC this morning! That's less than 18 hours from start to finish! And that, in my book, is fantastic service, especially bearing in mind that this involved two teams! As a result of time zones (I’m in the UK), I slept for a good part of that. I haven’t had to ask questions very often, normally the systems just work, but any time I have had to raise a ticket, it’s been dealt with quickly and without fuss. Brilliant stuff - I can't fault anything this provider does! But most of all, they have a personal touch - which really matters! They are always polite, respectful and pleasant people to deal with.
