I gave atransmissions a 1 star because I ordered a tranny from them back early November and it took too long to ship so i went elsewhere and now i have argued with them for 3 weeks now to get me my money back. They tell me that their account manager hasn't worked in 2 weeks and all these excuses. All I want is my money back!!! I'm about to go file a claim with the scams dept at my bank. It shouldn't take 3 weeks to refund a customer back their money. Update 12-10-20- still no money back even tho keving said he would get it back to me this week, which I figured was lies. Seems like he's more focused on the bad review I left him than actually helping me get my money back for a part that never even was shipped to me. Prolly going to have to go to the fraud dept and get my refund that way. I was trying to be patient but it's been long enough.
